Peppard Investments Limited is currently in a program to deliver social and affordable houses to various County Council and housing bodies throughout Ireland, on an ongoing basis. Currently, performing at a rate in excess of 20 houses a month in this sector.

Our company is also in phase 1 of a Nursing Home program, this program incorporates the development of 1,000 nursing home beds in various sites nationwide. The initiative is run under the Irish Government’s National Treatment Purchase Fund (NTPF) agreement, with end-user operators selected. Currently, under construction is a 90-bed nursing home in Carnew, Co. Wicklow.
