As part of Ireland’s response to the migration crisis in central and southern Europe, the Government established the Irish Refugee Protection Programme (IRPP). Under this programme Peppard Investments work with the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth as one of the designated reception centres for those arriving under the relocation programme.
Consisting of 100 bed Hotel, with very large reception area, function rooms, restaurant, kitchen, 9 classrooms and customized playground, doctor’s surgery, large laundry room and state of the art Leisure facilities remodelled in 2018, complete with 15m swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, steam room and exercise studio.
This is a joint venture with the government bodies the Department of Justice and Department of Education, currently being utilized as a EROC facility.
